1. Heat-exchange glue applying system

This rigid box forming machinery is equipped with heat exchange glue applying system to allow a wider application range of animal glue. Users can easily control the concentration and viscosity of the glue, making products with consistent quality.

(1) Quick-drying: avoid deforming of the paperboard on account of sucking water.
(2) Smooth: the surface of paper box will be even and smooth.

2. Automatic Fault Diagnosis

Our carton forming machine is manufactured with automatic fault diagnosis function to allow its self-examination at any time and timely and accurately control the operation information, keeping the machine in good working condition.

4. Automatic Grey Board Feeder

5. Glue Spraying System

Automatic glue spraying system detects and tracks the working along the whole line at high speed and sprays the glue precisely.

6. Automatic paperboard feeding from side

Feeding paperboard from side without machine halt and automatic paperboard feeding are feasible, and easy to operate.
