1. Environmental conditions
(1) Temperature: normal temperature should be around 20℃ (air conditioner must be equipped during summer time)
(2) Humidity: 50% to 60% 
(3) Keep away from oil and gas, chemicals, acid and alkaline, explosives or flammables
(4) Lighting: more than 300LUX
(5) Avoid direct sunlight
(6) Avoid putting near machines with vibration or high frequency electromagnetic
(7) Avoid blowing a fan directly on the machine

2. Packaging requirements 
(1) Outer facing and the paperboard must be flat and level.
(2) Outer facing must be double-electrostatic treated with the glue color of the outer facing approximating that of the conveyer belt (black), and sealing tape of other colors should be labeled on the conveyer belt for differentiation of color.

3. Power distribution and gas requirements
Our box maker uses three-phase power supply: 380V 50Hz; pressure: 0.8 mPa.

4. Staffing 
To ensure the safety of operator and machine as well as give full play to the performance of machine, reduce malfunction and prolong the service life, 2 dedicated, flexible, competent and experienced staff are designated for each set of box forming equipment.
